NYSAC News Winter 2024 Legislative Guide: Why New York’s Competency Restoration Law Needs to Be Amended

NYSAC has issued its Winter 2024 Legislative Guide, which lays out the county policy priorities that its members have adopted at the last two NYSAC conferences. These items drive the bulk of advocacy through the state budget, legislative session, and the year.
