DOH Releases Final Draft Transition Plan for the Children’s Medicaid System Transformation

New York State is pleased to announce that the Final Draft Transition Plan for the Children’s Medicaid System Transformation was submitted to CMS on November 15, 2017. This DRAFT Final document which is subject to CMS approval, incorporates feedback received by stakeholders.
